Yes. The design fee is a once-off payment. You pay it once and the website is yours. Hosting and management are separate optional monthly add-ons.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most standard websites are completed within a few weeks, depending on the size and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Silver builds typically take 5 working days, Gold 10 and Platinum 15, confirmed on kickoff and counted from the day content and access arrive.
Do I need hosting to keep my website live?
Yes. Every website needs hosting to stay live. Our hosting add-on is R199 a month and includes hosting and a professional email address. You can also use your own hosting provider if you prefer.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The once-off design fee covers the full website build. Hosting and management are clearly priced optional add-ons. No unexpected charges.
Can I cancel hosting or management at any time?
Yes. Monthly services can be cancelled at any time by notifying us in writing before the next billing date. No long-term commitments.
Will I own the website files once it is built?
Yes. Once the design fee is paid in full, all website files and design work belong to you. Files are handed over on request once outstanding fees are settled.
