The people who sign off our work.

Trustees, estate managers, school principals and owners. Each of them gets before and after photographs with the invoice, so the sign-off rests on evidence.

  • Body corporatesOne leak is forty owners' problem and a special levy nobody voted for.
  • Retirement estatesOccupied rooms, residents who cannot move out for a week and no tolerance for noise or mess.
  • Wine cellars & packhousesThere is product under that roof. A December leak costs more than the roof did.
  • SchoolsSix usable weeks a year to do the work in, and the holidays do not move for anyone.
  • GuesthousesEvery extra day of scaffolding is a room that cannot be sold.
  • Light industrialLong spans, tired sheeting and a floor full of stock that cannot get wet.
