What happens after you send this
No call centre, no automated follow-up sequence. The office reads it and phones you back.
We phone you back to book a time
Usually the same or the next working day. If the message came in over a weekend, expect the call on Monday morning.
We come out and inspect the roof
You do not need to be there for the roof itself, but it helps if someone can show us where the damp is showing inside.
You get the report and the quote
A written report with a photograph of each defect and a price beside it, so you can approve one line and leave the rest. There is no charge and no obligation to go ahead.

Where our vans go
We are based in Tinkloof Yard in Firgrove in Somerset West and work across the Helderberg. For larger contracts we travel further into the Winelands and the Overberg.
