These terms apply to everyone who uses this website.
About this site
This website is published by Kloofvale Fruit (Pty) Ltd, Kloofvale Packhouse, Ceres, 6835, South Africa. Using the site means you accept the terms on this page.
The information published here
Everything on this site describes our business honestly and is kept current, but it is published for information. Harvest windows, cultivar availability and shipping months are indicative: they move with the season, the region and the block. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of supply.
A supply arrangement only exists once it has been agreed in writing between us and the buyer, and the terms of that agreement govern it, not this page.
Enquiries
The enquiry form sends us an email. Sending one does not create a contract, reserve fruit or commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation.
Please send accurate details. We answer based on what you tell us about your market, your volumes and your timing.
Our content
The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to Kloofvale Fruit or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish the content as your own, or use our name, logo or photographs commercially without our written permission.
The Kloofvale Fruit name and logo are ours.
Other people's sites
Our grower portal is run by a software supplier. That service is run by other people. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and correct. We cannot promise it will never be offline or that it will never contain an error. Where the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on information published here, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
