5.2 Once-Off Packages

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

5.3 No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5.4 Scope of Work
Quoted prices are based on standard requirements. Additional requests may result in a revised quote.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:

Post defamatory, obscene or objectionable content
