Why we work this way
Sold hard, often badly
Systems arrived undersized, boards were left unlabelled, and nobody explained what
would happen at nine at night in winter.
We built Sparkvale around the opposite habit. An electrician looks at the property
before a price exists. The quote names the equipment. The board gets labelled so the
next person can read it. Then we sit with you and explain what the system will carry,
and what it will not.
It is slower to sell that way. It is a lot easier to live with afterwards.

No quote goes out on a phone call alone. The board, the roof, the meter and your actual usage decide the system, not a package tier.

Every quote lists the make and model of the inverter, batteries and panels. If a component changes, you hear about it before it is installed.

Work you can inspect
Cables in trunking, circuits labelled, isolators where they belong. If a job is going to be hidden behind a board cover, it still gets done as if it were on show.

The same number answers
You deal with the people who did the installation. Service calls do not start from scratch with a stranger reading a file.

The workshop is in Somerset West, and almost everything we install is within half an hour of it. That is deliberate: short travel means we can get back to a job quickly when something needs attention.
